I don’t know where you are from, but here in Hawaii (and the US) a *Certification of Live Birth* is your birth certificate meaning you were born *alive* in that state. The birth certificate you showed of Obama’s is exactly like my son’s who was born in Honolulu. We have 3 copies of his Birth Cert in case one gets lost.

The Governor of Hawaii, Linda Lingle, is a Republican. She did not seal the records. They are private, as they always have been, and as all the birth certificate files in Hawaii are.
