We all know that NOT providing a certified copy of the original Certificate of Birth has raised many questions. The legaility comes down to this legal clause on the Certificate (which is not a certified copy of the original)provided by the Dept of Health of Hawaii: ” This copy serves as prima facie evidence of the fact of birth in any court proceeding. [HRS 338-13(b), 338-19]“, So, apparently technically and legally Obama has complied by providing official proof of his Citizenship. What is being hidden from public view by not supplying an actual certified copy of the original? It almost certainly has to do with the legal address of the parents at the time of birth. Also the Hospital or Attending Physician and witness of Birth would be listed. Would a clue be evident which would give direction for further investigation which would uncover something? Some interesting conjecture: Are their any pictures of Anne Dunham while pregnant with Obama? Could he be a clone? Or is it possible that he will be found to be technically a British Subject of the Queen? Would it be found that he is still a Citizen of Malaysia, never legally changed his name back from Barry Soetoro? Or would it be found in his school records that he obtained student aid for college as a foreign studen named Barry Soetoro? Whatever it is, it must be something serious, for Obama to put up with all the rumors, lawsuits, and accusations. Otherwise why not just provide the Original? Ah that is the question …

@Quickstoptim the President works for the American people, not the other way around. He applied for a job working for us, and is not submitting required paperwork proving his eligibility for the position. An FBI applicant would not be hired with this obfuscating.
@SuperChristo33 McCain was born on an American military base because his parents were serving this country. Besides the fact that Congress looked into that to make sure he was eligible. No one is answering questions regarding Obama. He is obfuscating with a document that he should be required to supply.

Correct Utherpendragon. A Constitutional natural born citizen is “born on the soil of citizen parents.” Obama’s father was never a cititzen. Obama II states “I was born a subject of the British Commonwealth”. No further proof is necessary. A Birth certificate is irrelevent. Citizen parents (two) as cited by four chief justices of the supreme court. Our republic has no other definition. Google The Venus, 12 U.S. 253, par 289, chief justice John Marshall. Obama is not a natural born citizen.

Here’s another one for you,…investigators contacted the neighbours of the Dunham’s when they lived in Hawaii. No body ever known them to ever have lived at the address claimed in the Hawaii Newspaper “Birth Announcement”. #2… They did Paternaty test on the Dunhams and the DNA does not meet the standard criteria. So in another words,..Obama is NOT ANNE DUNHAM’S son!!!
