We all know that NOT providing a certified copy of the original Certificate of Birth has raised many questions. The legaility comes down to this legal clause on the Certificate (which is not a certified copy of the original)provided by the Dept of Health of Hawaii: ” This copy serves as prima facie evidence of the fact of birth in any court proceeding. [HRS 338-13(b), 338-19]“, So, apparently technically and legally Obama has complied by providing official proof of his Citizenship. What is being hidden from public view by not supplying an actual certified copy of the original? It almost certainly has to do with the legal address of the parents at the time of birth. Also the Hospital or Attending Physician and witness of Birth would be listed. Would a clue be evident which would give direction for further investigation which would uncover something? Some interesting conjecture: Are their any pictures of Anne Dunham while pregnant with Obama? Could he be a clone? Or is it possible that he will be found to be technically a British Subject of the Queen? Would it be found that he is still a Citizen of Malaysia, never legally changed his name back from Barry Soetoro? Or would it be found in his school records that he obtained student aid for college as a foreign studen named Barry Soetoro? Whatever it is, it must be something serious, for Obama to put up with all the rumors, lawsuits, and accusations. Otherwise why not just provide the Original? Ah that is the question …

Could his possible adoption to Lolo Soetoro in Indonesia as a child be the reason Obama refuses to release his “Vault” long form? The ONLY witnesses who have come forward to say they were at his birth, are HIS relatives from Kenya, who state he WAS born there. Hence, if adopted his origional birth certificate would have been sealed and a new one issued with his legal name, Barry Soetoro. The State of Hawaii considers a Certification of Live Birth is a secondary source of identification for the purpose of establishing Hawaiian ancestry; a Certificate of Live Birth is considered a primary source. To respond to challenges as to his eligibility for POTUS, BO first posted and then removed from his web site, a Certification of Live Birth, claiming this was his Birth Certificate.
